Biden/Harris Day 6

Today is the sixth day of the new administration without a real news conference where President Biden would be expected to answer real questions. But then he has been busy. He’s thrown tens of thousands of Americans and Canadiens out of work, weakened our immigration enforcement, and stopped construction on the wall to keep out illegal aliens on the Mexican border while building a wall to keep American Citizens out of Washington. All this while effecting teh relase of everyone awaiting deportation, regardless of teh reason they are being deported. What could possibly go wrong?

He has also made one of the most defeatist statements on COVID I have ever heard. No wonder he removed the bust of Winston Churchill. The strong leadership of Churchill against overwhelming odds, instilling confidence in the people of Great Britain, refusing to even consider the possibility of defeat while much of London was being reduced to rubble is quite a contrast in style to Bidens sniveling cowardice. Its understandable he would not want to invite the comparison by having that bust in his office. Look at his tacit admission that when he bellowed for months that if we elected him he would defeat the virus because, unlike Trump, he had a real plan, he knew what it would take to defeat the virus, was talking through his hat. He just flat out lied.

What’s his plan? What did he change? Well he did mandate that everyone was required to wear a mask on federal property. Then he promptly violated his own mandate. Some things never change. Newsom, DE Blasio, Pelosi, Cuomo-all Democratic members of the “rules are for thee not for me” club. That’s why when Schumer or some other blowhard starts bloviating about how “No one is above the law,” I just want to barf. What they mean is no one is above the law except them and their cronies.

Now one might have thought that with their nemesis now in Florida instead of the Oval Office, Congress might actually do something crazy, like the business of the people. But their real goal has not yet been realized. The goal wasn’t to just defeat President Trump, it was to destroy him and crush his movement. What else could be the motivation for an impeachment trial to remove a President who has already been removed by a supposedly free election. So those little, piddling concerns of the great unwashed like the pandemic, rampant unemployment, depressed economy, failing businesses large and small, violence in the streets, and all those other petty grievances of those of us who do not live in mansions in gated communities until Fancy Nancy gets her revenge.

Did I mention this is only day 6?
