I guess the Holy Father is not woke enough this week. Actually that is not the problem. The problem is the confused, inconsistent and sometimes incoherent ramblings coming out of the Vatican have everyone wondering just what the Church’s teaching is on faith and morals. No one is served by this. Not the faithful and not those these wishy washy, half baked, heterodox teachings where the over weaning motivation is to not give offense to the offenders rather than offer them salvation. Pope Francis does not like to be on the outs with the secular elites in show business and politics so it will be interesting, not to mention disappointing to see how he reacts to this criticism.
