the U.S. southern border. A Customs and Border Protection (CBP) press release describes how “McAllen Border Patrol Station agents arrested two illegal aliens with violent criminal history to include rape and sexual assault.”

On March 19th, agents apprehended a group of eight illegal aliens and discovered a Honduran national with a prior arrest by the Suffolk County Police Department in 2007.  He was convicted and sentenced for nine years for rape forcible compulsion and course of sexual conduct against a child. Another Texas group attempting to enter the U.S. on March 22nd included an unsocial previously arrested by Marathon County Sheriff’s Office in Wisconsin for second degree sexual assault of a child. He was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years probation.
