They are all in favor of eliminating any threat to sanctuary cities.” It was the 20th day she went without holding a news conference regarding her duties on the issues, since receiving the assignment from President Biden. Late Monday, she took to Twitter to comment on the Daunte Wright shooting. Wright, a 20-year-old Black man, was fatally shot during an encounter with Minnesota police on Sunday, which sparked violent clashes between protesters and police.
