One sign of utter incompetence in someone is their complete inability to admit any responsibility for any failure that one’s policies cause. To admit a mistake would be to shatter their self image which is built on their own inflated opinion of themselves. But the numbers don’t lie and all of Bidens dramatic stage whispers, angry incoherent ramblings and folksy re-telling of debunked “true” stories will change them.
