Trump unveils coronavirus guidelines for rolling back social distancing in phases: ‘Next front in our war’ | Fox News

This is what a leader does while Joe Biden does one liners from his basement, Nancy Pelosi shows off her refrigerator that is larger than some people’s apartments, and Chuck Shumer stares at himself in front of his webcam wondering why no one else is listening to him.

President Trump announced on Thursday the White House’s plan for eventually rolling back social distancing measures and reopening the country’s economy in several phases — depending on location — amid the coronavirus pandemic. The plan calls for three phases to reopening the country, based on the severity of the coronavirus outbreak in each individual state or region. “We can begin the next front in our war, which we are calling ‘Opening Up America Again,'” Trump said during a press briefing at the White House. “To preserve the health of Americans, we must preserve the health of our economy.” The plan, which Trump announced along with the formation of a bipartisan council of lawmakers from both chambers of Congress, outlines “recommendations” for governors to develop their own plans to reopen. It also includes a number of criteria that must be met in terms of numbers of infections and hospitalizations before they can open up.

MORE EVIDENCE: Deadbeat Dad Hunter Biden Is Still Listed as Member of Chinese Firm’s Board of Directors

I think the President should stop calling Joe Biden Sleepy Joe. It’s obvious that his real handle all along should have been Sleazy Joe. What a Family.

In October Joe Biden’s multi-millionaire son Hunter Biden reportedly stepped down from his Chinese-backed private equity firm that had $1.5 billion from Chinese. At least, that’s what his lawyers said. Advertisement – story continues below Hunter’s lawyer George Mesires, Biden said he’ll resign at the end of the month from the management company of a private equity fund that’s backed by Chinese state-owned entities. Hunter made the 1.5 billion dollar deal during a trip to China with his father on Air Force II. This comes after President Trump brought attention to the Biden Crime Family scandals.

Chronology: Trump Was On Top Of Coronavirus While Biden Mocked

Biden has been nothing but divisive in his reaction to this crises. that is the exact opposite of how a leader behaves. Further proof of his utter incompetence.

The leftist national media incessantly reports that the spread of the coronavirus is, well, President Trump’s fault. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, always good for the most incendiary and least helpful comments in any difficult situation, said on Sunday, “[T]he president — his denial at the beginning was deadly.” Then in Joe Biden’s latest effort to be relevant, his campaign has released an ad attacking President Trump for not being sufficiently responsive to the threats of the coronavirus from the “beginning.” Here is a key fact: In the beginning, China lied. People died. Although the first case of the coronavirus was reported in Wuhan, China in early December 2019, the Chinese authorities continued through January 2020 to downplay the potential for the disease to spread. The World Health Organization (WHO) reinforced China’s falsehoods, saying on Jan. 14 that “Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in Wuhan, China.” This was five to six weeks after the opposite was confirmed to be the case in Wuhan.

Biden’s ‘Joe-mentum’ grows as Dem front-runner sweeps Midwest contests, eyes Sanders knockout | Fox News

Is it over? Is Joe the one? Is Bernie out of it? There is no question that the rank and file Democrats resoundingly rejected Socialism and the Bernie Bros in yesterday’s primaries. But was it because they see Joe as the leader of the Party who is going to lead the Democrats to victory in November? Or is it a combination of disenchantment with the socialist agenda and the very youthful base of Sanders’ support being too lazy to get out of the house and vote? We can debate this, but it is a matter of opinion, one that will ultimately be resolved in November.

History didn’t repeat itself in Michigan for Bernie Sanders. And because of that, the populist U.S. senator from Vermont had an extremely disappointing evening on “Super Tuesday II” — and now faces daunting delegate math that leaves him slipping swiftly out of reach of the Democratic presidential nomination. Just four years ago, it was in Michigan where Sanders pulled off a historic upset over eventual nominee Hillary Clinton. At the time, the victory kept his White House bid alive. Fast forward four years later and Sanders – down in the public opinion polls by double digits once again in the Great Lake State – was convincingly defeated by former Vice President Joe Biden. Four years ago Sanders nearly topped Clinton in Missouri. This time around he lost the state by a nearly 2-to-1 margin to Biden. And the former vice president trounced Sanders in Mississippi and won in Idaho as well. Sanders – who won a landslide victory in the 2016 Washington state caucuses – was neck and neck with Biden in the state’s 2020 primary with just over two-thirds of the vote counted. Biden initially had the slight edge in Idaho – with more than three-quarters of the vote counted — and was eventually declared the winner. Sanders was up in North Dakota’s caucuses, where only 14 delegates were up for grabs. Undisputed front-runner Biden’s blockbuster performance boosted his lead in the all-important race for presidential convention delegates and further cemented his status as the undisputed front-runner for the Democratic nomination. And Biden’s strong performance presented Sanders with a difficult choice to make on whether to continue his White House bid. In a remarkable and uncharacteristic move, Sanders opted not to deliver a primary night address, passing on the opportunity to speak to a national audience.

Politico Uncovers Allegations Of Suspicious Business Dealings Involving Joe Biden’s Brother

Things are unraveling quickly for the Biden crime family. The only thing that can save them is if Crazy Uncle Joe wins the white house and is able to quash these investigations. but Joe Biden is looking less and less like he is going to be able to adequately endure the rigors of the campaign, much less the Presidency itself. The Bidens and the Democrats are desperate. And desperate people do desperate things. It will be interesting to see how they attempt weasel and steal and lie their way to the November election.

It seems that former Vice President Joe Biden might have some splainin’ to do. Politico published a report on Monday revealing that his brother, James Biden, may have “fraudulently transferred funds” from a hospital and also taken funds as a “personal loan” that he has not yet repaid. The FBI raided Americor Health hospital on January 20 amid suspicions of illegal activities involving members of Biden’s family. It appears they may have found evidence of illicit business dealings in connection to the former vice president’s career as a government official. After the raid, two medical firms who had business relationships with James Biden stated in civil court proceedings that they possessed evidence that his transfer of funds from Americore was “outside of the ordinary course of business.” Politico reports that this case might represent, “potential pitfalls for the former vice president”

Susan Rice, James Comey, John Brennan Backing Joe Biden

Some people will do anything to stay out of jail. Even support some senile old white guy for the Presidency.

Susan Rice, Obama’s national security adviser, tweeted: I’m proud to endorse @JoeBiden for President,” along with a picture of them hugging. “No one is better prepared and more trusted by our allies to repair the incalculable damage Trump has done to our int’l standing and national security. Rice became embroiled in the Benghazi scandal, after she claimed in TV interviews that an anti-Islam video sparked the September 11, 2012, terrorist attack against a U.S. consulate in Benghazi, Libya. Her claim was later proven not to be true. Rice was also a proponent of the U.S. intervention in Libya in 2011, which allowed for the Islamic State to move in and solidify a foothold. John Brennan, Obama’s CIA director, also came out the same day to back Biden. “Joe Biden is one of the most honest, decent, practical, & experienced individuals with whom I have ever worked. If nominated & elected, he is capable of unifying our country & restoring America’s standing around the world,” he tweeted.

Romney could block Republican subpoena try aimed at the Bidens | Fox News

Enough, already Mitt. If you want to become Democrat, then become a Democrat. You know full well this investigation is warranted. But your hatred of President Trump has clouded your thinking to the point where you are blinded to what’s in the best interests of the country.

Sen. Mitt Romney, R-Utah, who faced the scorn of President Trump and fellow Republicans over his vote last month to convict at the Senate impeachment trial, questioned the motivation behind a Republican effort to issue a subpoena related to Hunter Biden and his dealing with Ukraine. “I would prefer that investigations are done by an independent, non-political body,” Romney told the Washington Post. “There’s no question the appearance is not good.” TRUMP SUGGESTS JOE BIDEN IS NOT COMPETENT  Republicans are gearing up for a vote next week in the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee that would approve a subpoena aimed at gathering information related to a former Ukrainian diplomat with ties to the consulting firm Blue Star Strategies, Reuters reported. The allegation is that the company used Hunter Biden for access to the State Department. His father was vice president at the time. The Bidens have denied any wrongdoing. Romney’s vote is pivotal. Republicans maintain an 8-to-6 majority in the committee, and if Romney sides with Democrats the result would be a 7-7 tie. “There’s no question but that the appearance of looking into Burisma and Hunter Biden appears political. And I think people are tired of these kinds of political investigations,” Romney said. The committee has been pursuing its investigation into the Bidens since at least November.  The vote is expected next Wednesday. “Joe Biden has never adequately answered these questions,” Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., told “The Story with Martha McCallum” this week. “I’ve said repeatedly, if there’s wrongdoing the American people need to understand that. If there is no wrongdoing, or if it’s not significant, the American people need to understand that,” the chairman of the committee said.

What A Difference A Day Makes II

Well. Super Tuesday is over, and there have been some surprises. Joe Biden had a solid showing and seemed to have beaten back the assault by Bernie Sanders, at least for the moment. The primaries are quite definitely a two-person race now with Biden regaining his status as the front runner. Whether the sudden dropout of Amy Klobuchar and Mayor Pete was engineered by DNC Pressure or political horse-trading by Biden, the gambit paid off. Clearly, late deciders who might have voted for either Klobuchar or Buttigieg showed up anyway and voted overwhelmingly for the former Vice President.

Bloomberg and Warren did exceptionally poorly. Warren finished a distant third in her home state of Massachusetts. If she stays in the race after today she clearly needs an intervention by loved ones. Bloomberg has spent somewhere between seven hundred million and one billion dollars to win American Somoa and a pitful amount of delegates in all the other states where he finished third or worse.
The good thing about being the frontrunner is that it makes it easier to raise money. But it also puts a target on your back. Not that Biden has much to worry about in terms of winning the nomination. But it will be interesting to see how Biden acquits himself in what will largely be a one on one debate with Sanders on March 15 in Phoenix.

Of course, two weeks is an eternity at this stage of the campaign. Still, I think Sanders’s utterly stupid defense of Fidel Castro when given a chance to clarify earlier remarks has given his opposition a soundbite that keeps on giving. On the other hand, Biden needs to stop being such a gaff machine. This aspect of his personality becomes less appealing the closer he gets to be the one in charge of the nuclear football.

There is one other thing that had an impact on Bernie’s numbers yesterday. Many of that vaunted age demographic he is so popular with, those 18-29 years of age, did not show up. Dealing with this age group in the business world, I can tell you they are mostly lazy and unreliable when it comes to doing what it takes to get things done. Attending rallies with your friends is exciting and fun. But drag yourself away from the video games and texts and sexts and videos to vote? That’s the boring part someone else should be doing. And that could be Bernies’ biggest problem going forward.

What A Difference A Day Makes

Amy and Mayor Pete dropped out of the race yesterday and endorsed Joe Biden. No surprise there, except perhaps in the timing. Whether there was a deal made or there was severe pressure from the Party elite, it is impossible to tell at this point. Elizabeth Warren is still in the race, apparently with the party’s blessing, both because she is no threat to take the nomination and because she takes votes away from Bernie. How she can justify to herself staying in the race at this point testifies both to her colossal ego and her capacity for self-delusion.

Interestingly, the fly in the ointment here is the one brought in by the top Commissars in the Party, Mike Bloomberg. He was supposed to be the safety valve, one with wads of cash. Now it seems he just might upset the Biden applecart, splitting the liberal vote and handing Sanders a plurality of delegates by this time tomorrow. Maybe not. But it will be interesting to see how the establishment members of the Democratic Party Politbureau react.

For the real powers in the DNC, it is all about control. They have already lost control of the House. Not to Republicans but rather to their radical left-wing base. They are not taking that situation lying down, though, as more and more stories emerge about Omar’s alleged incestuous marriage and immigration fraud. They would not be able to primary AOC out of the way. But there have been stories already floated that in the redistricting that takes place after the census causes NY to lose a House seat, hers might be the one to go poof!

What a difference a day makes. By this time tomorrow, we will have many questions answered, but those answers are likely to generate new and more exciting questions. Buckle up. This is going to be a bumpy ride!

Biden fights for survival in South Carolina primary, Sanders looks to extend winning streak | Fox News

I am looking forward to the results tonight. Joe Biden doesn’t just have to win, he needs to win bug.

COLUMBIA, S.C. – A confident Joe Biden says he’s “very optimistic” about his chances to win the Democratic nomination. The former vice president told reporters on Saturday morning that he’s “optimistic not just about today” but about “the whole process from here on out.” Biden spoke to reporters soon after voting got underway in South Carolina, the first Southern state to weigh in on the race for the Democratic presidential nomination. For the one-time unrivaled front-runner in the Democratic nomination race, a victory is essential as the future of his White House bid is on the line. And Biden predicted that “the bigger the win” in South Carolina, “the bigger the bump” he’ll get going into the 14 Super Tuesday states that hold contests in three days. Biden predicted that a strong win in South Carolina will “put me in a position to do well in North Carolina and Alabama and other states that I think in the Democratic primary I can do very well.”
